She has always been so full of life and views the world in such a beautiful way. She lives her life to the beat of her own drum, never following the crowd. And she does it with so much confidence. Her creativity and talents astound me! She is always so kind and accepting, never judgmental. When she was little there was never a dull moment. She had sooooo much energy! Always on the go! So many ideas! To watch her grow up into the amazing young woman she is today has been such a joy. I am honored I get to be her mom. I know she has an amazing life ahead of her. This recipe for zucchini boats has become a favori This recipe for zucchini boats has become a favorite in our house!! My kids are shocked at how good it is. They keep saying they don’t even miss the pasta. The zucchini gives a great crunch! **RECIPE** 1/2 chopped red onion, sauté Add couple cloves of garlic, sauté (do not burn) Add 1 lb ground turkey & cook Add jar of marinara sauce (whatever flavor you prefer) Oregano & basil to taste Simmer a couple minutes for all the flavors to mix Make zucchini boats by cutting them in half and spooning out the inside. Fill boats with meat sauce Top with mozzarella cheese & pork rinds Bake 350 for 20 minutes Enjoy! 😋

They were both like “this is exactly how you are 😂” I have always wanted to be that cute mom in carline for morning drop off. But the reality is, I am NOT a morning person. I throw on whatever clothes I have laying around and get in the car. I used to be worse! I have driven my kids to school in a bathrobe & slippers 😂 until one day my sister in law said to me “what if you are in a small fender bender or your car breaks down? And you are stuck on the side of the road for hours wearing that!?” So I starting putting on a bra and normal clothing just in case 😂

Start with low heat to make sure all the cheese is completely melted. Then turn up the heat to crisp the tortilla. Fill it with whatever is your favorite. I like cheese, shredded chicken & avocado. Then I drizzle hot sauce with a side of sour cream. The hot sauce I use is @yellowbirdsauce jalapeño Enjoy!! 😋

This is your reminder to get out of the house, spe This is your reminder to get out of the house, spend individual time with your kids and make memories. Last night me & Caleb were so tired and just wanted to stay home and veg. Once we got out we had the BEST time!!! After mini golf we got PDQ. We ate our tenders, fries & milkshakes in the car sitting in the parking lot. Caleb talked the whole time about how much fun it was! 🥹 I love spending one on one time with each of my kids!!! It gives each of them a chance to have uninterrupted time to talk. And the whole experience is about what they want to do. I think it’s so valuable for building strong relationships with each of my kids. ❤️

Life is so interesting!!! I used to spend so much Life is so interesting!!! I used to spend so much time planning my life, planning for the future, trying to be in control of everything. I wanted that “picture perfect life”. I thought I made all the right decisions. Then my life turned out completely different than what I had planned. I went thru a period of time where I felt like a huge failure! Being a perfectionist it’s hard for me to admit or accept failure. So I had a lot of depression about it. I had about 2 years where I felt the most insecure I ever have. I worried I would always be a failure. Then I woke up! What if God had a different plan for my life. A better plan than the one I had!! And I had to go thru a dark season before coming into the light. During that time I learned a lot about myself. I learned how to let a lot of things go and enjoy the journey. I’ve learned how to see the beauty in everything. I have become so much more appreciative for the good people in my life. The people who were there for me during my darkest time will forever be so special to me! The friends that listened for hours, encouraged me, believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. These people are angels to me 🥰 I have no idea what the future holds. But I’m excited!!! Also, wear the green sweatpants to dinner on a Friday night!!
