It’s taken me a while to pull the trigger and get a pair of flare jeans.  The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale felt like the perfect time to get a pair (on sale)!  I am so glad I did!  When I put them on I loved the way I felt in them.  I immediately felt sexy!  I can’t wait to show you what they look like with a pair of pumps!

I’ve been wearing skinny jeans for so long I forgot how amazing flare jeans are.  Paired with this lace top I feel so 70’s.  I must have been channeling my inner 70’s vibes and peace and harmony, because a butterfly landed on my shirt while we were taking these pictures.  John captured the moment!  It was so awesome!  My jeans, top and bag are all currently on sale at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale.

In case you noticed, my hair is a slightly different color. I wanted to try a lavender toner.  My hair didn’t take the lavender color like I wanted it to.  Some spots turned out way more lavender than others.  My colorist kept trying different things hoping my hair would work.  What should have been a 90 minute appointment turned into a 4 hour appointment.  I’m happy with the way it turned out.  I’m hoping next appointment my hair will cooperate more.
